  • You may Return any item that is not marked “Final Sale” within 30 days of delivery.

  • We must receive all returns in new, unused condition, with all original packaging. If your order is damaged or defective in any way, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
  • We cannot process exchanges. If you require a different size, color or style, please initiate a return to send back the item you are not satisfied with. Once a return has been initiated, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Don’t worry, etcy packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to support@etcy.net and we’ll be happy to help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to support@etcy.net.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
