All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping to P.O. boxes?
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
COVID-19 Delivery Information:
There is currently no impact on our delivery services at this stage, however, we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery. Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that delivered.
You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information. We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operating as normal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on Sunday.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 to 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@etcy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 8-20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 8-15 business days for international orders (depending on location).
How to track my order?
You will receive a tracking number for your order after processing time via email, if this email has not arrived please check your Spam folder. if you didn’t find it please don’t hesitate to contact us at : support@etcy.net
What do I do if my tracking number won’t work?
If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed, your order has been shipped out and delivery status should update within a few days.
How long will my item take to arrive?
- Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 24h to 48h after the order is placed and the payment is received.
- Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at a destination after dispatch from our warehouses. and your package will arrive between 8-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.
Lost / Missing Packages:
Etcy deals are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Calculating your order cost in a foreign currency:
All prices on our site are charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
